Origin Salon Spa is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team in providing exceptional experiences to all of our guests. We are seeking a person with the ability to multi-task, quick-thinking, self-directed, solution-based, computer savvy and organized with a love for the salon industry.

Tasks:

  • Checking in/out clients and giving them the Origin Salon Spa tour
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Operating the front desk
  • Booking appointments
  • Cleaning
  • Product sales
  • Multi-tasking front desk duties, as well as duties delegated by the managers

Assistant Salon Manager

We’re looking for an upbeat, customer service-oriented professional to enhance our team. The Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring our high standards are met by helping to create an outstanding experience for every guest. The Assistant Salon Manager assists in the day-to-day tasks of managing the salon.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promote and increase product sales
  • Oversee, and fulfill the needs of, 10 or so staff members
  • Open and close the salon
  • Assist with inventory
  • Help guests check in for appointments and prebook
  • Ensure the salon and spa are stocked and tidy
  • Salon and spa promotions
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2 years of management experience
  • Salon, spa, and/or beauty industry experience
  • Aveda knowledge preferred
  • Retail sales experience
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail
  • Creative thinking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Social media experience preferred
